When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and your email if you give one. When you join the list: your email only.

We do not ask for card details because we do not take card payments. Everything is cash on delivery.

We use it to pack your order, call you to confirm, get it to your door, and answer you if you write to us. Order emails are sent from our own mail server.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone except the courier carrying your box, who gets your name, address and phone and nothing else.

If you join the list you get told when new puzzles arrive. That is all it is used for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and leaving removes your address entirely.

Order records are kept for accounting. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Write to info@riddlum.com and ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to keep a sales record.

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you place an order. We run no advertising or tracking cookies.
